Booking

• Bookings for ALL courses need to be paid in FULL at the time of booking.
• Please note that your place will not be confirmed until full payment is received.

Materials and equipment

• Hopscotch will provide all edible materials and equipment for the class.
• You may bring your own equipment (please ensure it is well marked).
• You can purchase items from our shop, although we cannot guarantee availability of specific items.
• Each course booked at Hopscotch will entitle you to a 10% DISCOUNT on all products sold in our shop; this is valid on the day of the course ONLY.

Cancellation policy

• Hopscotch reserves the right to cancel or change a course or a tutor.
• If we cancel a course will give you as much notice as possible and we will offer you a full refund or a place on another course to the same value.
• We cannot accept liability for any travel or accommodation expenses.

Refunds and transfers

• If for any reason you need to cancel your class after booking, please note we reserve the right to the following charges:
  • If the cancellation date is more than one month of your course date then there is a £10 cancellation charge. This fee covers some but not all of our costs such as the administrative work undertaken to process a booking.
  • If it is within one month but more than 2 weeks before your course then 50% of the course fee is charged.
  • If cancelling within two weeks of the course date then we will be unable to offer any refunds or changes as we will have turned away other customers from this course.
  • If you need to transfer your course to an alternative date or topic you may do so if it is more than two full weeks before your course date. A £20.00 transfer fee will apply.
  • We regret that we are unable to accept any transfers within two weeks of your course date.
  • Only one transfer is allowed per course booking.

Video and photography

• Please note that we do not allow students to take videos or photos during the classes as this can detract from other students' enjoyment of the course.
• You are welcome to photograph your work at the end of the class.
